We are inviting senior female police officers to take part in confidential interviews for an upcoming book that explores the lived experiences, challenges, and triumphs of women on their journey to senior police leadership roles for an upcoming book which aims to:
Provide insight, inspiration, and practical guidance for current and aspiring female police officers, supporting them to navigate their own leadership journey with confidence and purpose.
YOUR STORY CAN:

4. Strengthen our police culture

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Senior female police officers with diverse backgrounds and experiences across different roles, ranks, and communities.
